Cooking School Sandwiches & Accompaniments for Football Season
Saturday August 21 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm
Cooking School begins with a welcome continental breakfast including freshly squeezed juices, mimosas and Bloody Marys.  Chef Morrow and Chef Moore will lead the class in preparing a three-course meal, detailing all of the techniques and aspects of presentation.  The class will be limited in size, designed to give students personal attention and hands-on instruction.   The cost for each session is $65.  Advance Reservations Are Required Due to Limited Availability at 704-248-4100.
